Seven Seas Mariner Cruise Review by dvgarneau
- Sail Date: October 2017
- Destination: Canada & New England
- Cabin Type: Penthouse Suite
The Mariner is scheduled to go in for redecorating in March. It's time! The majority of the staterooms are tired and the bathrooms need to be replaced.
Shore excursions are pretty good, but I have learned to research the ports and decide if we want to upgrade excursion by making our own plans. Additional sites and venues should be able to be booked through a concierge, such as theater tickets, dinner reservations or sporting events.
The crew on all the Regents ships is outstanding and willing to go the extra to please you and make your cruise a life time memory.
Port & Shore Excursion Reviews
MontrealWe did not take an excursion. We took a taxi to Old Montreal, walked around for an enjoyable morning and ended our walk at the boat terminal.View All 67 Montreal Cruise Port Reviews

New York (Manhattan)Words cannot express the feeling you have when you stand on the site of 911. And, you can only marvel at the buildings that have since been born. The museum was so moving and our guide was excellentView All 912 New York (Manhattan) Cruise Port Reviews

Airboat TourToo far away from port for what it is. One or two gators and a few, very few birds. Not a big deal. No bathrooms!View All 63 Airboat Tour Reviews
Walking TourLower and upper City. Beautiful city. Tea at the Frontenac was a disappointment. Expected a great high tea such as we had at the Empress in Victoria. Pastries were less then average and room was not special at all.View All 22 Walking Tour Reviews
