This was the worst service we had ever experienced on a cruise. One the first night we had booked in the Chris Stone restaurant. We ordered a bottle of wine from the wine list they did not have it. This happened four more times on the wine order and they did not have any of them. On the fifth try, they asked us to choose a wine from the main dining room list. It took 45 minutes to ever obtain a bottle of wine. There was no accommodation made for this, we just repeatedly were told that they had just gotten in from a 28 day cruise and had not restocked the wine. Why did you open the restaurant that evening then? We were paying for the cruise we were on. We did not want to hear about the previous one.We complained to the cruise desk and never heard from anyone.

The service in the main dining room was slow and not uncommon to wait 20 minutes to get a glass refilled after requesting.

We got off the ship on the third day at Puerto Vallarta. When asked how to disembark early
