Have not cruised until now. We were with a small group of 16. When we booked our cruise, I had high expectations....service, restaurants, excursions, etc...our stateroom was lovely with a balcony, the stateroom was in the mid of the boat, very comfortable and kept clean. The king bed was very comfortable, ample lighting, the bathroom was great, plenty of hot water, the shower also was nice....to be very honest with you, the stateroom and Voom internet service was wonderful. Too many people is about it...no matter where you went, there were lines of people. Whether it was to get a tender ticket for Coco Cay, which you did not need to board the tender....just an incredible waste of time to get a tender ticket that was Never surrender to board the tender. The main dining room by far had the best dinner options, just a lovely staff of a head waiter, Alex our waiter and George his assistant. This group of people could not have done more, simply Awesome. The issue is, parents do not teach their kids basic respect and simple manners. And we blame the parents. The excursions are a waste of money. They are costly and not enough time is spent in port to enjoy them. The Grande had a nice breakfast option, slow service, chaotic as they are only open for 90 minutes...yes 90 minutes. The Windjammer buffet on deck 14, be prepared for people that appear not to have eaten in months. The food options were okay, need to pick your battles. Kids having a free rein to touch everything in sight with no parents around...no wonder so many people were sick. And if you get sick and go to the medical lounge, you will be quarantined. Bring your medicines to treat yourself and family in case you get sick. If you do have a complaint, and we had them, take it right to the top, until you receive a satisfactory resolution. Most of the staff is genuine, they try so hard like our cabin attendant, very trustworthy I must say. He was excellent. Guest services, some of the staff were not helpful and actually seemed annoyed. Ms. Sterling in guest services was great!

Cabin Review

Deluxe Obstructed Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony

A great cabin, there were absolutely no issues with our cabin. It was the issues outside of the cabin. For instance, if you dial guest services, no one answers the phone! Call housekeeping, they do answer the phone. Also, we had a nice mini fridge in our room, it was great! The cabin was our retreat. The pools were too overcrowded.
