Embarking is a nightmare. We stood for 2 hours in the sun burning like mad no shading and not one of the staff came to tell us why embarking was delayed. There are no clearly marked lines to indicate where the row starts and ends. When the gate opened people pushed and shoved to get to the front no consideration for the people that was there first. This was a very bad experience for me. When we got to the hall the same happened we stood in long lines not knowing why, no announcement why we are not moving. I saw there was a sign for fast boarding i went to information to find out what the cost are for fast boarding but the lady informed me i had to book it in advance and had to pay extra i said i would do that now as there was not that option when i did my booking online it said that, that option are only for international cruises, but there where passengers going through the fast boarding gates. The cruise was delayed with 5 hours we had to leave at 14H00 and only left the harbour 19H00 which meant we lost a day at the Island. A whole day lost. And the food on the island did not impress me at all that was available the whole day at the ship hamburgers and hot dogs not my kind of food sorry.

Some of the bar staff could be a bit more friendly and some can't even speak proper english.
