This was 3rd transatlantic we've taken with Celebrity and it did not disappoint. Cabin was spacious as are all the Solstice class ships - perfect location midship on deck 8. Food was as wonderful as ever with good quality - only minor complaint was that we noticed a reduction of staff in the dining room. We had open seating and every night at dinner we found a reduction of waitstaff - mainly assistant waiters. The waiters were doing mostly everything which resulted in slower service but we didn't mind as who's in a hurry when you don't have to cook and the food is wonderful. The ports were all good - we took hop on bus in Cartagena and took tours in Malaga and Tenerife which were excellent. Did Barcelona on our own as we had been there many times. Entertainment was good with exception of one night when they had a show that was supposed to feature music of Queen which really bombed with people walking out. We are Elite and enjoyed having our laundry done twice as this was a 2 week sailing. Also enjoyed Elite's continental breakfast offered every morning in the Tuscan Grille.with complimentary bloody mary's, mimosas and cappuccino. The ship was in impeccable shape as usual and we feel the amenities offered loyal guests with their Elite program surpasses Princess and other lines by far.
Great location - near mid ship elevators - never a long walk to anything.
