Very good accommodations and excellent food service and choices. Officers and crew were professional and personable. Program Director fun and outgoing. Crown Princess orchestra, dancers and singers first rate. Many other show headliners were second class and disappointing. Wish they had better program content and presenters for the three at sea days. Good tour variety but significant variation in quality of the four guides and destinations. Really enjoyed The Wake Show with Paul and Chrissy every morning. Most tours ended with delays because an individual or a couple neglected to return to the bus or prearranged meeting location by the assigned time. There needs to be very clear direction and consequences explained for delaying a whole tour group because of inconsiderate people. Wish the at sea days had some professionals making presentations for personal enrichment. Early seating dinners are often served so slowly that you can’t get to the theatre in time to get a seat for the 7:00pm Show.
