This Epic obviously was not our cup of tea. 4,200 tourists on board was a bit too much to have a relaxing voyage. Considering the crowd, one couldn't be outside of the cabin without constantly dealing with long lines, people pushing and bumping into each other, cutting the line, being obnoxiously loud. Though the wonderful crew and the customer service reps did their best to provide the best possible service to such enormous number of people. I specifically want to mention Elena Reva, from customer service, who went an extra mile to help us get our WiFi connection, which was one of our on-board privileges, and was not actually even mentioned in our file.

Our steward, Grace was wonderful and kept the cabin immaculate.

The food was very good and beautifully displayed (Garden Cafe). The problem again was the amount of people: when you got your food and was unable to find a seat!

Large Balcony

Cabin B6

The cabin was nice, though it was a bit wired to have the toilet and the shower inside the room. The balcony was excellent!
