I have mixed feelings on this cruise.

The good - The staff was amazing (Jing at Blue Iguana, Simona in the lobby bar, Yakub in the Alchemy bar). The food and staff at the MDR was wonderful. Plenty of activities around the ship. Plenty of loungers and pools.

The bad - Limited lido buffet options. The cruise director was CLEARLY checked out. He didn't barely spent any time at the cruise critic meet up and even though John Heald said Dustin would be available for our social media group, he didnt even bother showing up. My room was so noisy. They canceled our excursion in Grand Cayman without appropriate notice. First, they assigned up tender #1 (which I skipped because the excursion was not until 11:15). I get to the island at 10:15 and they take us to a small pier out in the middle of nowhere. I am told by the information desk that the tour guide will arrive at 11. I wait in the sun with nothing to do until 11 and there is still no sign of the tour guide. I go back to the information desk only to find out that they canceled it. Urgh. Its bad enough that they changed the itinerary because of the storms but then we had to sail through a tropical storm to get to the new itinerary. And then to have my excursion canceled with no apologies. Complete waste of time. Read more
