We booked the cruise because it departed from Seattle so we could catch up with relatives before the cruise. We loved Seattle, had a great time exploring the city,Pike market, restaurants and the surrounding areas i.e waterfalls, parks etc. We disembarked in Vancouver, stayed for 3 days, and from there went to Victoria, visited the Butchard garden which was so beautiful. You need 1 full day travel to and back from Victoria, but visiting Butchard Garden was worth it .Our cruise with Celebrity Solstice overall was very good. The Tour excursion desk needs to have more staff on the first 2 days (busiest times!!).

Restaurants/ buffet were good, excellent dining room waiting staff . We had the balcony suite which was very comfortable and the balcony was great for taking photos. The on board entertainment should have more musical shows. We enjoyed the comedy shows, nightly music and dancing. We would recommend the excursion in Ketchikan (George inlet Lodge Crab feast).
