First and foremost the staff of the ship was exceptional even when dealing with an oversold and almost maximum capacity ship.
The first thing that made me a little frustrated was that were were traveling with two couples, each of us had cruised before but one couple had never cruised with Celebrity. We all booked guaranteed balcony cabins. This is where I think the Cruise lines are going to get like Cable and phone companies. The two couples that had cruised Celebrity before and were Elite Status got balconies on the 8th floor near the back of the ship. The couple that never cruised Celebrity before got Concierge cabins on the 12th floor quite the upgrade even though they booked weeks after we did. I guess new customers mean more than past guests never a good thing in my opinion.
The lines to check in at 12:30PM were very long which is not the norm for this line as they will move people in the lines to even them out normally. After getting on the ship it was obvious that they were at capacity as wherever you went there were long lines and waiting.
Very clean with plenty of room with nice large Flat screen TV but far away fro stairs and elevators.
This is an OK Caribbean port there are many excursions but mostly with beaches we usually just get off the boat and walk around the port area.
Very small area and island with not very much to do.
This si an awesome port we love walking into downtown over the floating bridge and visiting all the shops and restaurants. The people are very nice and it is just a very fun place to visit.
The port area is very nice built up very nice with many shops and Jimmy Buffets Margaritaville.
