I was really looking forward to this cruise as I was travelling with three first time cruisers. Overall, the cruise was ok, it was the little things that let it down as follows:
No free water or specialty coffee on the UBP;
Service was patchy - some staff were excellent but many were disinterested;

Mid-Ship Oceanview Picture Window
This cabin was very noisy - it is under the art gallery and they drag heavy stuff around, often until late at night and early in the morning. Never again! Cabin configuration was ok, would have liked a sofa of some sort and a bedside cupboard for storage. We had issues with the toilet not flushing properly throughout the cruise. Like the bathroom configuration - toilet and shower separated. Bathroom needs a cupboard for storage. Love that there is a fridge in the cabin!
