Group I went with choose this cruise line. The ship was beautiful and the shows were great, however the service was poor and the food was bland, cold, and with little variety. At dinner they closed over half of the buffet. In the dinning room they were very inconsistent; butter and splenda not always available, service was very slow, bar service slow or not at all. The pizza was good however. The Meet and Mingle was very good with drinks and food and a picture. They nickel and dime you all cruise long. Tiny scoop of gelato for $4, paper drink coupons for non premium drinks, fee for use of the steam room/sauna, etc. MSC's web site is horrible, it freezes and fails to load. Its hard to navigate. Phone support is not very helpful and they are stressed out. The bar service around the ship needs training. Drinks made differently at each bar, some use larger glasses and different ingredients. I watched one guy order a beer with a lime and it took 10 minutes for him to get his beer and another 10 minutes to get his lime, he had to ask several times. The staff is obviously trained to tell customers we are out of stock instead of keeping supplies full or taking the time to get them. Overall I will not cruise with MSC again.

Fantastica Balcony Stateroom
Cabin B2 12093
The cabin was nice and spacious. The balcony was very large but lacked lounge chairs. The tv is small.
