Sail Date: Nov 2017
Cabin: Large Ocean View Stateroom

My husband and I did a group cruise on Enchantment of the Seas. Little did we know that this particular ship is nearly 20 years old; it looks and smells every bit of its age. Enchantment of the Seas is very unattractive, smells terrible and is rusted throughout. Our ocean view cabin did not provide a clear window view of the ocean due to the residue buildup in the window pane. My husband and I were very dissatisfied from arrival to departure. Unfortunately, we did not do our research on this particular cruise ship. We will never cruise Enchantment of the Seas again nor will we recommend this cruise ship to any one.

The ship makes loud creaking noises and too much light peers in through the peep holes on the door. Both interfered with a good nights rest.

Our shore excursion, Glass Bottom Boat Tour, was cancelled but we did not know until arriving at the location for checkin to board. Did not allow us enough time to make provisions.
