We chose this cruise for the itinerary, date and pricing. Although an older ship, it was very clean and well maintained. This is the smallest ship we have cruised on and it was much easier to get our bearings and learn our way around.
Our cabin was immaculate and our cabin steward, Mr. P., was amazing.
We enjoyed a dinner in the Pinnacle Steak House which was very good and well worth the price. Our server was excellent. Dining in the MD always seemed chaotic. We were at the early seating and ate there 5 out of 7 nights. The food was good, service a little slow but we weren’t in a hurry, although many were and this was quite frustrating to them. There was absolutely no enforcement of any type of dress code, so shorts, t-shirts, flip flops and dressier clothes were seen.
Cabin was kept nice and clean. Our steward was absolutely fabulous and accommodated our every request. Very quiet. Plenty of closet space. Beds were comfortable. We did notice an occasional sewer smell.
