I found the entire ship in great condition and the food much better than on recent RC cruises. No big complaints. We had a great long weekend. After reading the reviews I was not expecting much. I know our cabin was larger than others (family suite). My niece was staying in an inside cabin and of course her cabin was very small but looked in good condition. We found the staff very pleasant and eager to please. Would recommend for a quick get away. Getting on and off the ship was easy and did not find the port over crowded. We were on a 3 day cruise in October leaving on a Friday. Members of my family enjoyed the rock climbing wall. Staff was very helpful. I found the bartenders either too busy to take my order one time at a bar or just ignored me. Not sure what the problem was. The next time I tried to order a drink he was more attentive, especially after seeing I was a Diamond level. I was put off by the up selling going on at dinner the first night for the brunch the next day. I have never gotten this from a waiter before.
The family suite was much nicer than I expected. Of course it was not as large as what you would find on a larger ship but plenty of sleeping room for 3 adults and 3 kids. Balcony was adequate. I found the furniture and carpet in good shape. My only complaint was the shower in the hall bathroom did not drain well. I never did complain though. There was some noise in the evening for a short period of time. Since we were next to the elevator I wasn't sure if it was coming from there. The 10th deck seemed to be a little warmer than the other decks I stopped on as I climbed the stairs. And our room was warmer at times but cooled off for sleeping
