Sail Date: Oct 2017
Cabin: Junior Suite

We took the same cruise last year and had no complains but this year there are problems.

We have a Junior Suite, every day the toilet is blocked, took a week for them to admit that the problem is in a whole block of cabins from 2 deck to 10 deck. I was accused of using too much toilet paper! The balcony rail is in a dreadful state. The carpets on the stairways are threadbare. The ship is in dire need of a refit.

The staff in the Windjammer are very unhelpful. My husband is disabled and nobody offers to help him carry his food to his seat - usually a passenger comes to his rescue. The sugar free drinks are not very often on offer and when we asked we were told they have run out - next meal there they were again. We requested the lights to be put on above where we were sitting in the evening and were told to move tables if we didn’t like it.
