Service and food is good. Amenities insufficient e.g. two pools but nothing really for kids. there is no music at the pools, employees, nor entertainment.
Other passengers mostly great with a few sour apples i.e. grumpy and old. We even had an old couple tell us, its refreshing to see some young people.
It is NOT child friendly unless you are using Club HAL for children 3 and older so you can dump your kids away like daycare and be rid of them to enjoy yourselves. This doesn't make up for the lack of child friendly amenities & grumpy guests.
