After spending a glorious week in Budapest we boarded the Scenic Jasper. From that moment on we were made to feel welcome and valued. The brief waiting period for access to our cabin was passed most pleasantly in the lounge due to the hospitality of the staff and the food and beverage service. This introduction was a harbinger of the rest of our voyage which was indeed 'first class'. As experienced ocean cruisers, we were curious about river cruising and Scenic did not disappoint. The smaller size of river ships and the more personalized service truly enhanced our holiday experience. As well, the carefully curated excursions and onboard entertainment added further enjoyment. The all-inclusive aspect was most appealing. We would not hesitate to recommend Scenic to friends and fellow travellers and we look forward to future river cruise vacations. The only minor disappointment/inconvenience was tying up alongside other vessels which curtailed the use of our balcony and imposed on our privacy.
