Very relaxing and enjoyable cruise! This was supposed to be an Eastern itinerary, but they did a great job in reworking the itinerary to Nassau, Cozumel and Costa Maya. 3rd time in a crown loft suite - just beautiful and spacious. We've been on the Oasis, Harmony and now the Allure and still prefer the Oasis based on service. Bar service is so-so on the Allure -- inconsistent - sometimes they make you sign for your drink when you have the drink package and other times not. It is a waste of time and money when they do have you sign since you already pay the 18% gratuity when buying the package. It was rare to see a bartender serve a drink with a smile. I know they work very hard - but come on - they act like you are bothering them. Soda machines are not readily available late at night - you have to go to the promenade which is not always convenient. Our room attendant was excellent and really went above and beyond, which helped make this cruise so enjoyable. Most of the dining service was good -- a few exceptions that left you shaking your head. The Oasis class ships are beautiful and very well maintained. The service is what makes or breaks a cruise. There is so much to do, and always not enough time to do everything which keeps us coming back! Would love to give this cruise a 5 star rating - but it fell a little bit short overall on service.

Cabin Review

Crown Loft Suite with Balcony

Cabin L1

Crown Loft Suite - need I say more. Very spacious - comfortable bed - 2 bathrooms - plenty of hangers, awesome shower! Only suggestion would be to have a chair or 2 available on the balcony. The loungers are not always the most comfortable for sitting out and enjoying the view. This is a 5 star cabin overall.
