We were excited to go set sail. This was my husband and I first cruise. We were recommended Royal Caribbean line. The accommodations was was less than average, the food was very undisareable. Most of the meals were cold and very bland. The ship was mediocre. Maintenance decided to paint the interior walls by the pool deck at a very undesirable time, while we were eating. The entertainment we will say was great. There were quite a few hidden fees, that were not explained properly. We do not believe we will travel Royal Caribbean in the future, it's a shame, because we were so looking forward to it. I would really like the chance to speak to corporate, but I don't believe they would respond to me, because I did try to reach out and I was denied. Overall very dissatisfied with the whole trip. It's a real shame. First trip we took with no kids.
