Just got off the Pride today and want to give kudos to where and whom it is due and some criticism where improvement is needed. first of all A+ to Denis in the dining area. He made our cruise so enjoyable with his excellent service. He went above and beyond treating us and tending to our needs. Also to Riccardo who took care of our room. Always clean and perfect. great job.

now just a little info on the not to good stuff. we take an excursion to half moon cay, and rent a locker to put our stuff in. right before we go kayaking we forgot to get something out of our bags. go back to the locker an I find the lock off of it with our stuff inside not secured in any way. we go to the hosts and they are dumfounded because the locker key number 6 also fits the locker number 9. they gave the same key to someone else to opened our locker, removed the lock and when they saw it occupied they brought the lock back to the hut leaving all our belongings exposed to whoever went by. they should of relocked it until the problem was fixed....could of lost all our money cell phones, cameras. everything.....luckily that did not happen. second, they should tell you when you purchase a meal and drink ticket for Nassau you get a second rate plain one. not the same one the paying guests are getting. place would not even sell me French fry's unless I paid for a complete meal. and the drink....its either soda, water or a rum and coke. no other options. had to buy my own liquor. what a waste. other then that the crew of the Pride was great. but will never buy a included meal or trust them with my belongings again.......
