We went because we wanted to see the Panama Canal and that we did but even that tour had a lot of problems like getting off the ship late, to not having a Panama Canal pilot ready to go, getting back 2 1/2 hours late. The staff was unfriendly and there was NO help at the Passenger service area. We were told to just deal with the problem like not being able to get into the room or down the hall with a walker. Never though we needed a handicapped room. Showers were cold, only one chair in a room, Princess told people they could not take a wheel chair and there was no reason for that as it was even a long way to get to the bus. No help from Princess at all, Most places on the ship were unlabeled, The staff did not talk to passengers but they did their job.

Cabin Review

Interior

Cabin IF

Only 1 chair in the room so had to sit on the bed. Only 1 electric outlet that could be used, Nothing in the bathroom. The shower was cold.

Port Reviews

Cartagena (Spain)

The fortress was very interesting but could not understand the tour guide and the city was boring going thru the church and navy museum. Say a performance of dancers which was fair.
