We took a family holiday with Celebrity Eclipse on the recomendation of our travel agent and wished we hadn’t wasted our money. The sights and people of St Petersburgh were amazing and I would recommend it highly, just dont go with Celebrity.

The attitude os the staff was appalling, with the exception of the Sommelier in the Cellar Wine Bar, the staff are ignorant, rude and condescending.

My daughter has recently had braces fitted and therefore finds it uncomfortable eating crusty or seeded bread. In the Moonlight Sonata restaurant the first few nights were fine as soft rolls were available. On the third night, crusty baguettes and seeded rolls were delivered and i therefore explained the problem and asked if we could have a soft roll. Our waiter called the person who delivered the bread who couldn't understand why we wanted different bread. When we finally got him to understand, he told us the bread was specifically baked each day for the meal and could not be changed. Read more
