I work in a service industry myself and I always pause to see what it fees like to be on the receiving side.But everyone did an amazing job.From our entrance onto the cruise the welcome was warm.The people are friendly and the atmosphere is relaxing.My first night in the Star Light dinning room we were a family of 24 people on three tables and our head Waitress Narby and Assistant Daniel did and amazing job in meeting the needs of a demanding group of people.Our bar tenders knew exactly what we like and took great care of us. Your entertainment director Ricky was an organized person, He had plans for everyday and was able to meet the needs of people who did not even had a plan.I watch how the employees ensure the safety of everyone on the boat especially when it got a little windy. Excellent group of people and yes we plan on cruising with Royal Caribbean again !!!
