Sail Date: Oct 2017

We just got off the Anthem of the Seas and did a back to back starting on the Oct. 12th, 9 night Cananda/New England and stayed on for the 7 night Caribbean. Let me start by saying the Anthem is a beautiful ship. We are diamond plus members with Royal and have sailed on many of their ships but this one is certainly at the top for decore. Embarkation was a breeze and faster then we have had in the past. All cabins were available at 1:00, so for us we didn't have long to carry around luggage. We traveled in a group of eight, all friends and all seasoned travelers and we disagree about the cabins. They are nice but have a large flat screenT.V. on the wall directly across from the bed. Most of our group liked that but my husband goes to bed before I do and there was no way I could watch T.V. When he was trying to sleep. I like the ships that kind of separate the sleeping area with a little curtain and the T.V. Is on the desk. My husband loved the fact that we did not have a coffee table which he would trip on often. We were on the hump and had a larger balcony and had plenty of room for clothes and personal items. The shower seemed much bigger and the bathroom was very nice.

Service was great in all venues, bars, restaurants (ask for Alvaria in the main dinning room) ,rooms and customer service people.

Employees seemed happy (up too and including the Captain).
