We chose this cruise because of the itinerary although Key West was cancelled and was substituted with Falmouth, Jamaica. It was a nightmare going through check-in at Toronto and at the embarkation. Very long lines once we arrived and took almost 2 hours to get through. Food was okay, room was fine, cabin steward and entire staff was great. The ship was very crowded and was hard to find a seat by the pool sometimes. Never could get a seat in the Solarium because the seats were reserved real early in the morning by people who didn't show up for a good part of the day which was annoying. They should monitor the time like they did on the last cruise on the Equinox where you could only save for 20 minutes.
I complained the last time as many did about the extreme loudness of the speakers in the theater during the entertainment. I noticed a lot of people left early because of it. The guest entertainment was good but the staff productions were terrible and boring. I know they put a lot of work into the shows but most of them didn't make sense so we saw the first night and never went to any others because of the noise factor. So sad.
Our steward was excellent. Always had a wonderful smile and very pleasant. Cabin good size and always clean. Anything we needed he always accommodated us quickly.
Just went directly to cruise ship as the flight was a bit late so didn't get to see Miami
Been there twice before so didn't do much except shop a bit
Been there before so just shopped a bit.
Been there before so didn't stay long because of the extreme heat.
Haven't been there before but didn't find it interesting. Besides it was too hot so went back to the pool on the ship.
Just another shopping stop. Plaza was nice but by this time we were all shopped out. Found the prices high.
