I didn't chose this ship. I didn't know how different it would be in comparison to Fascination. The size of the vessel was not the problem at all. The service was. Nothing was on time. The staff was not that pleasant at all. Starting from the baggage, to the on deck staff. The Lido deck crew in the dining areas would walk right in front of you without so much as an excuse me. That pleasant and friendly demeanor from the Fascination was non existent. The Karaoke event was horrible. Singing with the person on the mic and just not being discipline enough to allow those of us there to enjoy the experience. Let's not talk about the way the were allowed to enter the formal dining area. No dress code it appeared. Not enough events for those who remained on board. The formal dining staff however, outstanding! Loved them. Only take Elation when you have no other experience to compare it to.
