We got a free upgrade to a better balcony with a larger, triangular balcony on the edge of the bump out facing forward. It was a great room and expansive balcony view. There was plenty of storage and a comfortable bed.

Excellent time spend embarking at 12 noon. No lines, no issues. Wow....

Miami

Very cool small charter co that does fishing as well as snorkeling. They were friendly & professional. Just the two of us went out with "Captain Dan" on his 25 ft fishing boat to Blue Channel reef. 
The reef itself is good, not the best I've ever seen but better than the actual snorkeling was the experience of being in a small group on a small boat close to shore and then afterwards getting their recommendation to a small, very cool fish fry & burger joint right on the beach. We could get up from our porch table and wade into the water 30 feet away.

Expensive, over rated and something was terribly wrong with the septic system. (The beach water was brown, cloudy and smelled!) 
Seriously, if this is the future of private islands they can keep it. I'll take the little islands with the cheesy local crafts & t shirt stalls, nice sand & water, a cheap buffet and a bar that accepts my ship drink package over this any day.

Harvest Caye

These guys did a great job. Our guide Edder was knowledgeable and our driver plus a third man to do security made us feel quite safe. The Mayan city was impressive, practically deserted, maybe a dozen people there. We climbed temples, took tons of photos and learned a few things. Well worth the 2 hr drive with a good, engaging guide.

The art collection is interesting. The tequila tasting is fun but our guide carried on far too long about each type. The food is good, tacos and sides. The chocolate making is fun but it's not great chocolate to eat. All in all it would have been more fun if a little shorter and a little cheaper.

First the good points: 

The agent at NCL was great handling our booking less than a month before sail date.Now the not so good parts: 

The food was meh at the complimentary restaurants.
