The cruise started out ok but nothing special. Then my husband got sick and we were dumped in Livorno Italy. The cruise line overcharges for any medical help they give you and then they put you off the boat and you are on your own. They say they have port agent that will help you but there is no help. You have to find your own accomadations, food, and way home. The service and food on Disiney cruises are much better. I would never take another cruise with Norwegian. Maybe all cruise lines dump you if you have problems. I don't know but it's not a good experience. The service on the ship was friendly, helpful and courteous. I found the food very average. The entertainment was good and there were a variety of options. I found that the Shore Excursions were over priced. You could buy the same from American Airlines for much less money.
