Checking in and out was fine.Everything in between was very so so. Struck by a very small cabin where you had better be careful when opening the bathroom door so you don't hit anyone. A balcony too small to contain lounges (only chairs and no foot stools),Had to ask for robes, pillow, soap, etc.Bring your own alarm clock. There is good ceiling lighting surrounding the room, but it is not over the bed where it is most needed. TV local channels from Florida, but no news from Baltimore from where the ship leaves and returns. The two TV channels with the time are show different times. Was always put in a hold when I called customer service, and had to visit in person to get any information. There was good storage in the room. The captain's messages were not understandable and often had to be repeated in English by an interpreter. The dining room food was good and the after meal crew entertainment was fun. But I wish the dining room didn't rest on the engine room. The noise and vibration was disturbing. From 4-6 each afternoon, only pizza was available to eat.The library is O.K., but it contains no reference books.Movies are only outdoors. I could go on, but you get the idea. I have avoided using Carnival cruise lines until now, and only did this time because it was the only ship leaving Baltimore for a 7 day cruise to Bermuda. Others are just 5 days. Let me summarize by saying that it is the ultimate irony to call this ship The Pride.

Cabin Review

Balcony
Cabin 8F
Good storage, but small. balcony not big enough for lounge chairs, never mind a table or foot rests. Lighting around three walls of the ceiling is O.K., but there is none over the bed where it wold do the most good.Noise from neighboring cabins is often heard, especially the loud cabin toilets. I had to ask for robes, slippers, soap. No clock. Not even a pad and pencil. No exhaust fan in the shower, so good luck using the mirror. TV local news is only from Florida. No Baltimore news. 2 TV channels show different times.Forget using phone to get to customer service.
