I chose this cruise for a quick getaway for fun and relaxation. Ports of call included Coco Cay and Nassau Bahamas. The check-in process was a breeze and took no more than 30 mins since I previously check-in online. Upon seeing the ship, I could tell that it is 20 years old and did not have a overhaul since 2005 since the exterior had rust stains and the cabin was a little worn. On the contrary the main areas on the ship were in excellent condition and clean so this made up for the exterior and stateroom. The food on board is above average but not excellent, it is an up charge for Lobster and Premium cuts of steak. I purchased the Deluxe Drink package before the cruise at a discount, which was definitely worth the price, however bar service was slow at times due to the amount of people who took advantage of this offer. Entertainment on board the ship was excellent and the shows at night were superb. The ports of call included Coco Cay (RC private island) and Nassau Bahamas. Coco Cay was beautiful and clean but I did not like Nassau as the area was dirty and the locals hound you when you get off the ship. Overall I would recommend this cruise as long as it is a better value than competitors.
Location of the cabin is midship and right by the elevators so some may not like this but I was not bothered by noise and preferred the quick access to the main areas of the ship. The stateroom carpet and furniture are a little worn and I would compare the quality of the stateroom to a "Comfort Inn".
