We were 2 families totaling 12 people in our group. The main thing NCL did well is Embarkation/Disembarkation. Quick and efficient and received luggage quicker than any other cruise line we've been on. Ship and amenities were well laid out and never lost my sense of direction. WiFi/internet was flakey. If we didn't want to be disconnected we had to use in the late hours. The NCL app was for the most part useless since the messages didn't always it to the recipient. This was $10 USD per user. Food was just ok nothing over the top. Dinning rooms with open seating was not for us when you have large group. Usually they sat everyone together but it was like pulling teeth. My wife arranged all the shore excursions in advance with 3rd party, not NCL. We booked one shore excursion which was a bus to the heart of Marseille only to find out there was free service from the docks. Communication with the guests was minimal. Entertainment was not what we experienced on any other ship. Not enough shows/plays and some were at an extra cost. Guest services did not have authority to make changes when there was a problem, we were told we'd have to contact head office in Miami. The adult beverage package did not include specialty coffee's or Cappuccino. The main pool deck area had 6 hot tubs of which 3 were closed for maintenance. None of them were warm enough to call them hot tubs. The Cabins (Balcony) were tight and no privacy when using the Lav or shower. We would use NCL again but will review the ship and reviews a little closer and providing the price was right.

Very tight for moving around.
