The Harmany of the seas is a big and beautiful ship. This is our second time on this ship.
From the moment you exit your vehicle to stepping foot on its deck should not take more than 15 to 20 minutes, it was as easy this time as it was the last. This includes stopping at the check in, photos and the walk up the gangway.
All public areas we encountered were clean and bright. Cabins were accessible throughout the ship at 1330. My cabin appeared clean but could have been better. There were stains on the new carpet and the long mirror wasn't clean. I believe the cabin stewards are overworked. I think the stewards should work together, so they can work faster and more efficiently, I saw this teamwork done on HAL.

Interior Stateroom
Bigger than usual, it could have been a little cleaner. The new rug has juice stains and the mirrors were not cleaned. The steward never vacuumed the room during the week. The steward was over worked in my opinion.
