Loyal RCCL cruiser (Diamond). Sad that St. Martins is still recovering but St. Kitts seamlessly added to itinerary with best shore excursion of the cruise (did the kayaking and snorkeling which was great). Staff very passionate about the recovery work they helped perform. Overall, a good cruise with excellent service aboard the ship. Officers some of the most approachable I have ever met, including the captain. Fitness center very well equipped and not overly crowded. General shows were ok, but really loved the Beetles show. That being said, this cruise probably the worst airport transfer experience I have ever experienced, especially with departure. Got to airport, then had to wait outside for well over an hour for luggage to arrive as it was sent over separately (where I was getting bitten by mosquitoes - who would have thought I would have needed insect repellent for airport!). Transfer on arrival also plagued by long lines and poor communication. RCCL needs to have better staff on the ground at these two points as it really can ruin the overall experience, despite doing great work on the ship.

Seamless addition of St. Kitts to itinerary

Cabin Review

Grand Suite - 1 Bedroom
Cabin GS
Excellent storage. Comfortable area. Loved my pillow. Yes, getting a suite is a luxury, but we enjoy spending some quiet time in cabin/on balcony, so very worth it to us.
Could use a better coffee maker - silly little thing leaked all over the place.
