Sail Date: Oct 2017

I chose the cruise because the ship has single balcony cabins and was sailing from the UK to the Med. I thought it would be very large, but it didn't seem so big once on board. The entertainment was super, except sometimes the theatre was full, you had to get there early for the 8.30 show. Sometimes the food in the main three restaurants could have been better, but the speciality restaurants were excellent. I spent a lot of time in the spa, the treatments were of very high quality, and the facilities the same. There was very good friendly service from all the crew, who were mostly Philipino or Indian. The decor of the ship is modern and has a theme which flows throughout the ship. The atrium stretches over three decks and is the main hub of the ship. Once we docked the disembarkation for the various ports was well managed for the number of passengers and it was easy to find tour buses. Altogether a very enjoyable cruise

Cabin Review

Cabin Single balcony

Great location, high deck near the front. Near to main buffet, library, Crows Nest bar, and handy for the stairs and lifts. Shower room excellent, smallish cabin, 4ft bed and same balcony as the other standard balconies.

Port Reviews

La Coruna

Took a circular tour of the town, good for the money. It was not arranged by the ship

Marseille

Lovely old town and excellent guide.
