The price was competitive, but I guess you get what you pay for! The cabin and food were good. We used wheelchairs and they definitely need more of them! It added more than an hour to embarkation and even more time for disembarkation. The guest services sold us the bus shuttle to the airport in New Orleans which was non-existent! (We ended up using a taxi), The cabin steward made up the room 2 or 3 times during 14 days as his schedule rarely matched ours.) The theatre was not barrier-free, and the main dining room was difficult to enter. The second dining room was easier to enter, but the decor was off-putting. The cafeteria food was excellent. Soft drinks were Pepsi, which is not a favorite! We found the entertainment was poor, especially the "Legends" part. The shore excursions were well organized but mistitled. The cruise itself was OK, and the Panama Canal part was well done.

The cabin's decor is good, and the glass in the balcony enclosure is good! We use the cabin a great deal, and it needed to be made up while we were at breakfast....and it was not. Perhaps someone younger would not have this problem, but we do. Other cruise lines do it better!
