I picked this cruise because it was out of NYC and I liked the ports. It was a time of year for great foliage. There were very few children or families on this cruise. Because the age group was older, this ship had problems with Freestyle dining, as everyone wanted to eat at the same time. We had reservations that were made in advance and did not have that problem. There were many angry people on the ship and that was not pleasant. There was a stomach virus on the ship and many of the staff was missing due to illness, so the service in restaurants was slow. The ship's speed in Canadian waters was reduced due to whale migration, so we were in the ports less time than originally scheduled. The entertainment was okay, not great, except for the Liverpool Legends. They were great. Our cabin was fine and our stewardess was fine, not outstanding.
