We choose this ship for the price, our first time om MSC.I have been other a few other cruiselines. This is the most beautiful ship I have been on, the balcony room was also nice the balcony a good size. The shows were very professional, we saw everyone one except the opera. The room service was very good and our server in the main dining room , Anil, brought our food very fast, we had heard of some people waiting a long time.

The food we didn't find had the best variety, but being an Italian ship we were aware of this.

Our original ports had been changed because of the hurricanes, but we were very happy with the new ports, we did not book any excursions though the ship, we just did our own I had been to all the ports except Costa Maya, we really enjoyed it there.
