Sail Date: Oct 2017
Cabin: Large Interior Stateroom

We chose the vision of the seas for its itinerary leaving from Bayonne, NJ and sailing fourteen days to Galveston, Texas. We were very unhappy with the pools and hot tubs. They had handicapped lifts that did not reach the wheelchair but were five feet into the air! The pool lift only reached into shallow water and would not reach into the pool itself.

We have cruised on over 150 cruises from all different cruise lines. We were astounded to learn the RCCL charges a $7.95 service fee for any food ordered through Room Service. We have NEVER paid a service fee for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The only time a service fee was assessed to a cabin was when a whole pizza was ordered for room service, BUT never for any other meals.

We paid close to $200.00 for an upgraded internet package and had very slow internet could not stream nor use skype even though it was promised!

Cabin Review

Large Interior Stateroom

Our cabin was small for the upgrade we were supposed to get. We were promised a handicapped cabin (wife is wheelchair bound) and was booked into a standard cabin. They did bring a shower stool which helped getting in and out of the bathroom and shower
