We chose the Reflection because of itinerary and our impressive stay last year on Silhouette. Something was amiss this year compared to our last year on Celebrity Silhouette. This year there were some subtle hiccups. The butler was service we experienced last year was totally different. There were 2 days we had no contact with him at all. The Lumanae dining room was dysfunctional-again-no anticipation of our needs. One night it took 35 minutes to get a glass of wine-food arrived before a cocktail. staff was scattered and not attentive. Murano is a shining star in specialty category.. Michaels lounge was a bright spot in the cruise-their bartender Alena was great. Jayne Curry is the best entertainer ever. We signed up for Paella lesson because it was a special event on "reunion cruise" The 2 chefs that presented the class were excellent but for $25.00 per person-there were 23 of us sitting theater style-after Paella was made it was delivered to us on a tiny plate with a spoon-no table service -couldn't cut shrimp or chicken that was served us. 2 of 3 excursions we were on had terrible tour guides-the Cartagena tour we were on, we walked out of-terrible monotone guide plus Malaga guide was terrible-I thought people on the tour were going to revolt. Based on the activities listed for the day, we attended what we thought was a talk on increasing energy and metabolism-what it really was was a sales pitch on their seaweed products-never again. Worst experience-disembarking-went to luggage area there was my suitcase with no tag-person implied maybe "I forgot to put tag on-duh??my husbands' suitcase was missing-after 20 minute search the passenger that walked off with it thank heavens realized his mistake and brought it back-the person that was helping us search for us informed us "he was doing us a favor in searching for the loss luggage"Do't know if he was a Celebrity or port employee. So we did put a future tour-at DOUBLE the price of this year.

Cabin Review

Sky Suite 1

The room was quite nice. Last year was our first experience with a suite and butler. I guess we were spoiled last year with Nelson. Our butler this year was a complete disappointment=no spoiling-room service for breakfast always missing something-no butter,et Maybe its the fact that you just can't duplicate a magical experience from the year before
