I chose this cruise line because I was told it was the best. The cabins are too small, I requested early dining and was given late dining and the dining crew refused to correct the mistake that they made, and the guests can't do their own laundry because Royal Caribbean doesn't supply a room for laundry or ironing. Overall this cruise line "SUCKS". The crew need to attend a "Customer Service" class, because out of 7 days I only seen maybe 2 people smile and ask to assist you. As for the ports, my husband and I had a nice time. The ports that I enjoyed the most were Jamaica and Cozumel, because these ports knew how to entertain their guests and make them happy. As for the entertainment, I don't think you should have to make reservations to see a show. It should be first come, first serve, because everyone didn't know they had to reserve a spot to see the shows. But to be honest I would never cruise with Royal Caribbean again.

Ocean View Stateroom

Cabin F

The cabin was too small. By it being a 7 day cruise. you should have more places to place clothing instead of living out of your luggage for 7 days.
