When getting on the ship from Baltimore things went smoothly, very easy for first timers. Don't go early (there is a lot of people). If you go a little later you can almost walk right though. The ship was always clean. In the 5 nights we were on the boat I only saw one thing on the floor on the stairwell, I think someone had just dropped it. Very Clean. The cruise was smooth. The cabin we had was very roomy and clean. Hint (you might want to bring a little air freshener with you for the bathroom, it is a boat toilet after all), but always kept clean. If you love food and who doesn't... then cruising is for you. The Main Dining room has super great gourmet food. The WindJammer is a buffet with all your hearts desires. Hint (don't go during peak times, VERY crowded). The entertainment and activities are good, things usually last about 30 minutes or so. The service is the most amazing part. We fell in love with the people who took care of us, we still keep in touch. Bermuda was really pretty. We shared a taxi with another couple (didn't use the cruise line shore excursions) our taxi driver Sydney Robertson is the man to see. He was at the dock picking up passengers. We saw most of the island, stopped and took photos, heard all the local stories and history. Very interesting!!! I think we learned more about Bermuda then we would have with anyone else. I would use him everytime!!! There were kids on the boat, but you rarely saw them, they have activities for them. We can't wait to go on our next cruise!!!! Try it, my husband was skeptical and is now looking into another one already.

Cabin Review

Superior Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin D2

Mennie was our Stateroom Attendant and she IS THE BEST. Always greeted us with a smile, knew our names the first time meeting us. WOW! The room was always clean and freshened up. The beds are firm. The twin beds are made into a king size bed (not all ships have king beds). The balcony is big enough for 2 people and one small round table. We were concerned that the room would be small and feel tight, but that wasn't the case. Every inch of the room has a purpose for storage. They say your luggage fits under the bed (NO it doesn't), but is will fit in the closet or by the door to your porch. Our 3 pieces of large luggage stored in each other and we then put it in the closet. Still had plenty of room for clothes.
