I am not a fan of Norwegian in part due to a previous poor experience. However, I will offer you details of our most recent cruise on the Norwegian Breakaway -- a 7-night cruise to the Bahamas roundtrip New York City. We were in a group of 9.

• We arrived at 11 am; parking in the first lot on the pier was full. We parked in the second lot, which is further from the ship. Cost of $40 per day; $280 for the week; coupons no longer accepted.

• Check-in took us about an hour.

Horrific smell of urine -- even after days of complaining and complaining.

Great Stirrup Cay

Tender lines were long. We were on the noon boat. It left the ship...sailed toward the island, turned around and went back to the ship to pick up more passengers. We got to the island at 12:45 pm.
