Great Experience overall but the billing dept very shady My wife returned 4 items she bought from the gift shops and we still got charged for the items the internet was horrible bought it and never used it and still got charged very crooked when i was the on ship they refunded me the money everything was alright until i got off the ship my final bill had the charges still there when i called the customer service number they told me to send a copy of the bill and they would take care of it never heard from them since The dining experience waiter and his help was awesome the cleaning lady was great too . Shore excursions were overpriced i think the magic number was $100 and over from something as simple as going down a slide The Entertainment and Activities on the ship were awesome Just beware of the Billing Dept Shady to return items you bought and still get charged is wrong
