Overall we were disappointed with the Norwegian Spirit, but let's start with the positives.

- Generally the ship didn't feel crowded even though it was sold out. The exception is the buffet, Raffles, and to me that seemed mostly due to the layout. Moving around and finding a pool chair or seat in the restaurants and theatre wasn't a problem.

- The staff were very pleasant and welcoming, although they looked overworked and poorly trained at times.

Cabin Review

Mid-Ship Inside

Although our cabin was small (the smallest actually), it was still enough for us to store everything and be comfortable. It would be better without the bunk bed hanging on the wall, better with a second night stand so there is one on each side when the beds are joined, and better with night lights that don't hide behind the pillow. I found the bed hard and lumpy, but the steward put in a foam topper and that was good enough for the rest of the trip.
