Cabin: Concierge Class 2

We wanted to visit Japan, and liked the look of the cruise itinerary. Having spent 4 days in Tokyo prior to joining the ship, we were looking forward to enjoying the highlights of Japan.

We were Concierge Class, and boarding was quick and efficient. The cabin however was disappointing - rather tired looking, and 2 of the three wardrobe doors did not fit properly.

The bureau door would not close. There were no sheers on the balcony curtain rail - this was fixed quickly by an excellent cabin steward. The balcony itself was very scruffy, and the pipes above the balcony were rusting and paint flaking off them.

Concierge Class 2

Cabin C2

Spacious, but very tired - cupboards and wardrobe doors not fitting properly - very poor quality bathroom. Balcony rather untidy, with a very stained floor.

Initial cabin attendant (Eko) was outstanding, but he was disembarking at Busan - hardly saw his replacement.
