We have sailed on Eclipse 4 times, we have always been happy with everything except one thing . This time when we went to the life boat drill, what a shambles that was for everyone , I'm afraid this needs to be changed and quickly. It was much better when everyone went into the theatre to see the demonstration, I don't think it was presented well at all with tiny screens You could'nt see anything on the screen , far too many people around . I have no other complaint at all, I think you should be very proud of everyone who works on this lovely ship , the Ocean View staff and food was as always wonderful, always polite and helpful in anything you ask for ....I have total respect for all of them . The toilet areas were always immaculate , clean and again wonderful girls looking after them. I enjoyed the cruise but hope you continue to keep the costing down , it makes a difference when you are retired as we are , I hope you will always be true to your word when you say you put us first , we rely on you to make us want to keep sailing with you !
