Unfortunately we have been spoiled by Silversea. Scenic promise a level of luxury equal to Silver Sea,it does not deliver.
If I were able to count the hours ,aside from using the boat as a hotel,i would suggest we were on a bus more than on a cruise ship.
River was low at Regensberg so we were bused to Nuremburg and then Praque which was not a fitting ending to a cruise where there was really only one day on the river cruising.

Small but functional, could not use the balcony as we spent most of our time docked either beside a pier wall or another boat
