I am a Royal Caribbean Cruiser and have been for 5+ years . The ship's appearance and up-keep are well maintained and the staff are friendly. I love the entertainment and activities provided. The cabin service was good and both the embarkation and disembakation went cleanly and very smoothly. With all of that said, my husband and I were excited and looking forward to our vacation aboard but we found ourselves horrified and disappointed by the mass amount of unrefined guests who talked by yelling, cursed incessantly and let their feral children run loose and unattended inside Windjammer Cafe. We never expected such crass behavior and it ruined our entire trip. The main dining room appearance and service were very good and we enjoyed the island tours and shopping, however this time the other guests were nothing to be desired. I know that this isn't the fault of Royal Caribbean and that they don't have a choice over who books and plans their vacation with them but the ghastliness of the fellow passengers this time left us reconsidering if we'll ever book another cruise again if I'm honest.
