Sail Date: Oct 2017

This was our first (and probably last) Royal Caribbean cruise. We have sailed many times before with other cruise lines, but we found this experience extremely disappointing and a poor value for the money. The food was mediocre at best; the pastries were exactly like those served at cheap motels; everything is VERY commercial with someone trying to sell you something all the time; the ship is way too crowded with too many of the guests leaving their manners at home; there are additional charges at every turn; and, the Salem Witch Museum shore excursion was an absolute waste of time, effort, and money. If your idea of a wonderful cruise is spending nine days feeding at Golden Corral, this might be the cruise for you!

On the other hand, the ship was well maintained and reasonably clean, the cabin was comfortable, the staff was friendly, and, for the most part, the entertainment was excellent.
